Meet your Instructor

Jason McDougall has been investing in real estate since 2015. During that time, he has built a rental portfolio of over 50 properties. Jason decided to self manage from the start, which not only created more profit for his rental business, but also gave him the opportunity to create systems and processes to automate and outsource most of the tasks, and create an excellent customer service experience for his tenants. Jason created the Lean Landlording training program, which packages up everything he uses to manage his rental portfolio. This includes all of his systems, processes, KPI's, flow charts, and custom Podio CRM. He teaches students implementation through video training modules, monthly group Zoom calls, and a private facebook group.
